Washington, D.C. | Developing Tomorrow's Leaders in the DRC

  • 2110 2nd Street Northwest Washington, DC, 20001 United States (map)

Congo Leadership Initiative (CLI) develops the next generation of leaders to be catalysts for peace and prosperity in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. With a long and successful track record, emerging entrepreneurs participate in the flagship Leadership Institute — a nine-month program in DRC providing a combination of theory and practice-based training. In the final months of the program, each entrepreneur receives funding from CLI to launch a community-based initiative.

Join us for a reception and panel discussion featuring visiting leadership, Emmanual Baraka, CLI co-founder and Head of Microfinance, and Robert Kumkum CLI co-founder and Head of Programming, as they arrive in the US for a series of meetings and conference to further the mission of the organization.

Heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be provided.
The panel will be facilitated by Margot Hoerrner (MC-MPA '05), Principal, Rosedale Green Consulting.

Participation is limited to 20, so register today! Click here to register.
