Boston | HGSE's A Day Without Women Panel

  • Askwith Hall 13 Appian Way Cambridge, MA, 02138 United States (map)

Please join the HGSE Women of Color Collective as we host a university-wide panel to celebrate Women's History Month on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 5-7 PM in AskWith Hall at HGSE. Inspired by the 2017 strikes following the Women's March on Washington, this panel will give attendees and participants the opportunity to share space and reflect on the following questions:

  • What would a day or world look like without women?

  • How can this day better account for the women who are often left behind or out of feminist circles and conversations?

  • How can we use this day to celebrate our womenhood across a number of identity-related, social, interdisciplinary, national and other inter-sectional contexts?

The first hour of the event will feature a moderated panel discussion and the second hour will include a reception with light refreshments as well as opportunities for folks to mix and mingle casually to share in this celebration of OUR month.
